This assessment is an adaptive, multiple choice measurement of numerical reasoning skills by means of word or text-format problems which have to be converted to numerical calculations and solved. A calculator can be used or the answers can be mentally calculated.

 

Constructs measured

Numerical reasoning skills which includes items based on simple calculations as well as percentages, fractions, decimals, ratio’s, graphs and compounded interest, are included.

 

Completion Time

20 – 40 minutes. The assessment is not timed, but pace of numerical problem solving is measured and reported on.
