What does personality refer to?

The concept of personality refers to the qualities associated with a person's character. It describes the way in which one can be expected to respond to situations and other people, the types of things, people and activities one enjoys and one's emotional orientation. In addition, it influences the way in which one gathers information, makes decisions and pursues goals. Personality does not necessarily indicate intellectual capability, though.

Measuring Personality

The Cliquidity Personality Assessment is an atypical computerised technique that has been devised for purposes of recruitment, screening as well as organisational audits. You can potentially use social media to enhance your recruitment processes in Cliquidity and the Personality Assessment. The Cliquidity Personality Assessment involves the selection of descriptive words that best portray the person's behaviour. The results are linked to many existing models of personality functioning, including those of Cattell, Jung, Myss, Belbin and the Enneagram.
